Safety Instructions
Operating your own server with confidential company and customer data means a high level of responsibility. The server must be appropriately protected from attackers, and one must also prevent the server from being hacked and misused for attacks.
This installation guide is just a basic guide on how to install the system with the standard configuration. For safe operation, it is advisable to check the configuration for weak points for each server application (web server, database server, PHP etc.).
Likewise, standard configurations are usually not optimized for performance. With a high visitor load, it can happen that the server responds slowly and does not use its full potential. By adapting the individual components, a significantly better performance can usually be achieved.
If the necessary technical know-how is missing or if you do not want to make this effort, you are welcome to use our Cloud Service.
